Influencer & UGC Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer & UGC Manager to help us source and secure 5 relevant creators for an e-commerce brand campaign. This is a focused campaign project. Your main goal will be to identify suitable creators, conduct personalized outreach, negotiate the collaboration, and secure 5 creators who are ready to participate. What You'll Do ✅ Research and shortlist relevant TikTok, Instagram, and UGC creators ✅ Identify creators who align with the brand, target audience, and campaign requirements ✅ Vet creators based on content quality, engagement, audience authenticity, and brand fit ✅ Conduct personalized outreach via email and/or social media ✅ Follow up with interested creators ✅ Communicate campaign requirements and negotiate collaboration terms ✅ Secure 5 confirmed creators for the campaign ✅ Track sourcing, outreach, responses, and confirmed partnerships in Google Sheets Campaign Goal The primary objective is to successfully secure 5 qualified influencers/UGC creators. We are focused on quality rather than simply producing a large list of prospects. The right creators should have an authentic audience, strong content quality, and a genuine fit with the brand. Ideal Candidate ✅ Proven experience in influencer outreach, UGC recruitment, or creator partnerships ✅ Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands ✅ Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creators ✅ Ability to identify authentic micro and nano influencers ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills ✅ Experience converting creator outreach into confirmed partnerships ✅ Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
