Infor CSI Consultant - ERP API Data Sync Project

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic and technical guidance on a data sync integration with Infor CSI environments. We have an existing data sync tool that we must use. The project goals are to establish connectivity and data mappings using our existing data sync tool # Phase 1: Strategy meeting to help us determine the best approach for connecting our existing data sync tool to the ERP ## A) 2-4 hrs meeting (Google Meeting, 9-5 M-F, US Eastern) to cover technical options: - How do we authenticate with the API? - What's the best API/data-access layer? - Can we create arbitrary/custom queries, views, objects, etc.? - How do we retrieve customers, items, inventory, pricing, invoices, orders, etc.? - What's the change-tracking mechanism? - How do we handle deletes? - How do we create an order? - How do we post an invoice payment/cash receipt? Decision: proceed to Phase 2? # Phase 2: Sandbox + Proof of API Mappings in Postman ## A) Establish a persistent sandbox environment we can use long term for development and testing. - What sandbox/development environment do we need? - What limitations/licensing/permissions should we know about? ## B) Define the data mapping for 5-8 representative objects from the ERP to our existing data model - Must use Postman to access the API - We will provide guidance / AI skills to assist with mapping to our model - Deliverable will be the Postman collection Decision: proceed to Phase 3? # Phase 3: All API Mappings Production-Ready ## A) Finish remaining 30–40 API mappings (read and write) ## B) Assist as needed with end-to-end testing, corrections, edge cases, handoff
