Infrastructure Audit & Platform Transition (Rust/PostgreSQL/Linux)

We are looking for an experienced backend/infrastructure engineer to audit an existing production website and server setup. Our current developer's contract will be ending in 30 days and our goal is to verify that we can safely become fully independent and that our platforms will stay online without any issues after he leaves. This includes confirming that we have everything needed to maintain or migrate the platform ourselves, identifying any hidden dependencies, and providing a plan to ensure the current developer no longer has access after the transition. Current environment Linux server (Linode) Rust backend PostgreSQL GitHub repositories We already have access to the production server, database, Git repositories, domain, DNS and application files. We need someone to: - Audit the current infrastructure and deployment. - Verify that all critical assets, backups and access are under our control. - Identify security risks or undocumented dependencies. - Recommend whether to keep the current server or migrate to a new one. - Provide a clear transition plan, including how to revoke the current developer's access safely. If the audit goes well, we expect to continue with the same engineer for a second project to implement the transition, take over ongoing maintenance, and, if appropriate, migrate the platform to a new server.
