Embedded Electronics Engineer – Smart IoT Lighting Prototype (ESP32-P4, DALI-2, LTE, GPS) We are looking for an experienced embedded electronics engineer to design a professional modular carrier PCB for an industrial IoT lighting controller. The project is not a simple Arduino prototype. It is a field-ready prototype intended for an intelligent connected lighting system. The PCB will integrate and interconnect existing modules, including: ESP32-P4-Pico DALI-2 interface SIMCom A7670G (4G LTE) u-blox NEO-7M GPS ATECC608B Secure Element (hardware cryptography) DC/DC power supply Industrial connectors and protection circuits The objective is to produce a professional modular PCB (V1) capable of receiving the existing modules while minimizing wiring, improving reliability and preparing the system for industrial deployment. The work includes: Electronic schematic PCB layout (KiCad preferred) Design review BOM preparation Gerber generation Pick & Place files Manufacturing-ready documentation Knowledge of ESP32, LTE modules, GPS, UART, I²C and DALI is highly appreciated. The project may continue with future hardware revisions after successful completion. An NDA will be required before sharing detailed project documentation.
