Job Description: We are seeking confident, bilingual (preferred) English-speaking professionals to join our team as Injury Intake and Client Support Specialists. You will handle inbound calls from individuals who have recently been involved in accidents and are seeking guidance. This is not a basic call center role. We are looking for strong communicators who can take control of conversations, build trust quickly, and guide callers toward taking action during the first call. Callers are often stressed, in pain, or unsure of what to do. Your role is to listen, reassure, and lead them with confidence, helping them feel supported and understood while guiding them through our intake and onboarding process. 🎯 Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from injured individuals Take control of the conversation with empathy and confidence Build trust quickly and create a sense of reassurance Gather key details about the situation Clearly guide callers through next steps Assist callers in completing the agreement process during the call Stay on the line until the process is completed ✅ Requirements: Fluent, natural English (very important) Strong communication and persuasion skills Confident personality and ability to lead conversations Sales or closing experience preferred Comfortable handling emotional or sensitive situations 💰 Compensation: $8–$12/hour + performance bonuses Additional pay per successfully completed case ⚡ Important: This role is for individuals who can connect with people on a human level — not script readers. We are looking for professionals who can make callers feel like they are truly being taken care of.
