Inside Sales Executive for Printing Company

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound customer enquiries and support day-to-day sales operations. This role is critical in driving conversion by ensuring fast response times, clear communication, accurate quotations, and consistent follow-up with customers. Please note that this job requires you to be avaiable from 10 am to 5 pm Singapore time on all weekdays. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp (target response time within 30 minutes during working hours) - Understand customer requirements clearly and gather all necessary details to prepare accurate quotations - Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/tenders in a timely and professional manner - Follow up consistently on all quotations to maximise conversion rates - Issue invoices and ensure timely payment collection - Follow up on overdue payments and maintain proper records - Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM system Requirements - Diploma or equivalent qualification - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales in a B2B setting - Experience of B2B sales in a printing company is a definite plus - Comfortable handling customer communication via email and WhatsApp - Excellent written communication skills. Fluency in the English language is mandatory - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Available on weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm Singapore time - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) is a plus
