We are a technology solutions provider looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Quote Coordinator to help manage inbound customer requests, vendor/distributor communications, quoting, and order follow-up. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technology sales, IT products, quoting, procurement support, or customer-facing sales operations. We need someone who is fast, accurate, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quote requests at the same time. Responsibilities The selected candidate will help with: Responding to customer quote requests and sales inquiries Preparing and sending accurate quotes for technology products and services Following up on quotes with customers, distributors, and vendor partners Confirming pricing, product availability, lead times, and order details Managing high-volume quote and order activity with accuracy Communicating with customers in a clear, professional, and timely manner Coordinating with internal sales, operations, engineering, and logistics teams Updating CRM records with customer interactions, quote status, and deal notes Tracking opportunities and helping move quotes from request to closed order Resolving quote issues, order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product questions Supporting pipeline updates and sales reporting Required Experience We are looking for someone with: Prior experience in inside sales, sales support, quote coordination, or customer service Experience working with technology products, IT hardware, software, or licensing preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Excellent written communication skills Ability to follow up consistently and keep deals moving Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus Comfortable working with distributors, vendors, customers, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Quotes are turned around quickly and accurately Customers receive timely follow-up CRM records stay current and organized Orders are tracked from quote to fulfillment Communication is clear, professional, and proactive Vendor and distributor relationships are managed effectively Sales opportunities are not missed due to lack of follow-up Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to take ownership of quote requests, follow up without being reminded, and communicate clearly with customers and partners. This is a support-heavy sales role, so accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency are more important than aggressive selling.
