Inside Sales/ Student Recruiter

JOIN AN ORGANIZATION WITH FORTY -ONE YEARS OF HISTORY. We are seeking skilled representatives to join our student recruitment team. You will respond to inquiries we receive for admissions to our school. These inquiries are posted to our Zoho CRM system and automatically assigned to a team member. You will respond to these inquiries by telephone, text, and email to establish contact and qualify the candidate. You should have excellent communication and sales aptitude. Previous experience in a sales role or student recruitment is required. You must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet performance targets. Compensation is heavily dependent on verifiable related experience and education. Responsibilities: - Working with incoming inquiries daily - Building and maintaining customer relationships - Achieving recruitment targets and quotas - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or client relations within the North American market. - Strong phone presence - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - High level of self-motivation and drive for success.
