Inspirational Team Video

I am running a team meeting next week. I want to paint a picture of what is happening in the health field. I have 6 short video clips of videos I have found online. I am wanting specific parts of each video - which I have documented. Plus I have some words to hold the lot together as a story, some hold screens to introduce each video plus an audio track I want to use as a base. The total video should be somewhere between 4 mins and 4.5mins. This does not have to be a Hollywood film standard - it does need to be very credible for my team - and I want it to look great. I want someone who will take care in picking up the video sounds bits to ensure the whole story is selected so it comes together professionally. I have examples of our branding - plus the conference look and feel that I am using on all other slides/info. Turnaround 48 hours. If I need slight changes - I want the person to be responsive and follow my requests. I am looking for someone who can create a lasting memory to start the discussion for this section of the conference. I have a framework for what I want to see that will be provided.
