Instagram Content Creator & Social Media Manager for Local Café

The café will provide raw photos and videos; your job is to turn them into polished, engaging posts and Reels and keep the account active and growing. This is an ongoing monthly role. If we work well together, it's steady, long-term work with room to take on more. What you'll do each month • Create 16 posts from supplied photos/videos (~8 feed posts + ~8 Reels) • Edit Reels: trimming, hooks, on-screen captions, trending audio, clean pacing • Write captions in the café's voice + research hashtags and local geotags • Post daily Stories from supplied content (specials, behind-the-scenes, reposts) • Community management: reply to comments and DMs, engage with local accounts • Schedule content in advance to keep posting consistent • Basic monthly performance summary (reach, saves, profile visits) Nice to have • Experience running Meta ad campaigns (small local budgets) • Food/restaurant or local-business content experience Requirements • Strong Reels editing skills (please share examples) • Fluent written English for captions • Reliable, communicative, meets deadlines • Familiar with Instagram best practices for 2025–2026 Rate: Let me know your hourly and monthly retainer rate.
