We are looking for an experienced **Instagram Content Designer** who understands how to create content that performs, not just content that looks good. This is not a typical graphic design role. We need someone who understands visual storytelling, content psychology, audience retention, and the type of creative that generates views, shares, saves, and conversions. ### Responsibilities * Design high quality Instagram Reels, Carousels, and Static Posts. * Transform scripts, ideas, and raw content into engaging visual assets. * Create designs that capture attention within the first few seconds. * Apply proven hook structures and visual storytelling techniques. * Work closely with our team to continuously improve content performance. * Stay updated with Instagram trends and best practices. ### Requirements * Proven experience designing content for Instagram accounts with **300,000+ followers**. * Strong portfolio featuring Reels, Carousels, and Static Posts. * Deep understanding of hooks, retention, and high performing Instagram content. * Excellent typography, layout, color, composition, and branding skills. * Ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions, not just aesthetics. * Fast turnaround and excellent attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback. ### Nice to Have * Experience working with creators, coaches, or personal brands. * Motion graphics or video editing experience. * Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows. * Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and content performance. ### To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
