Your focus will be on building an active community, increasing reach, and keeping our audience consistently interested in our brand. Responsibilities Create and manage engaging content for Instagram and Facebook Design posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video content (Reels) Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar Write engaging captions tailored to brand voice and audience Research and use relevant hashtags and trends Implement organic growth strategies to increase reach and followers Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages Requirements Proven experience in social media content creation and growth Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms Creative mindset with a good sense of visual storytelling
