Instagram & Facebook Organic Growth & Content Creator – 15 Posts

I’m looking for someone to help organically grow and manage the Instagram presence of my brand, (its a new insta page as of now with only a few statis posts and a few followers) This is a fixed-deliverable project consisting of 15 Instagram posts focused on helping people with job searching, applications, CVs, interviews, and careers in the UAE. Deliverables 10 Static Educational Posts Primarily text-based educational content Clean, professional, and easy-to-read design Content should be genuinely useful to UAE job seekers You will be responsible for creating both the content and the design 5 Educational Videos -Each video should be 30–60 seconds long -You can choose the format and creative style -You may appear on camera or create faceless content, either is fine -You must edit the videos yourself -Videos should be engaging and designed for Instagram Reels -AI-generated videos, AI avatars, or AI voices are NOT allowed. Please don't apply if you are an AI content creator  -Content should provide useful, practical information rather than simply advertising the brand -Must use your own voice/voiceover Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for researching relevant topics, creating the content, editing/designing it, and preparing the posts for Instagram. I will assist with the topics  The main objective is to create content that people actually want to watch, read, save, and share, helping the account grow organically rather than relying on paid advertising. Requirements Experience creating Instagram or short-form social media content Good English  Strong video-editing skills Ability to create clean static posts Understanding of hooks, retention, and short-form educational content Ability to research topics and turn them into useful content No AI-generated video content When applying, please include examples of Instagram posts or short-form videos you have created before, particularly educational content if available. This is initially for 15 posts: 10 static posts + 5 videos, with the possibility of additional work if the content performs well. The deliverables must be complete within 10 days.
