You will work directly with leadership to transform Instagram into a major acquisition, branding, and community-building channel. The Opportunity You will own the entire Instagram growth ecosystem, including: Content Strategy Content Planning Audience Growth Engagement Optimization Performance Analytics Trend Research Creative Direction Community Management Your mission is simple: Build an Instagram presence that commands attention, generates engagement, and drives measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram growth strategy. Identify content opportunities based on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive analysis. Create scalable systems for consistent growth and engagement. Build monthly and quarterly growth roadmaps. Content Excellence Develop content pillars and content frameworks. Plan and manage Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Feed Posts. Create compelling content concepts designed for reach and engagement. Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and messaging. Performance & Analytics Monitor key growth metrics and performance indicators. Analyze audience behavior and content performance. Conduct A/B testing to optimize content effectiveness. Deliver executive-level performance reports with actionable recommendations. Community Building Develop engagement strategies that strengthen audience loyalty. Manage comments, direct messages, and community interactions. Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer relationships. Innovation & Trend Intelligence Stay ahead of Instagram algorithm updates. Monitor emerging content trends and platform innovations. Introduce new growth initiatives and creative experiments. Qualifications Required Proven track record of managing and scaling Instagram accounts. Deep understanding of Instagram's content ecosystem. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional written communication skills. Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Ability to work autonomously and execute with excellence. Highly Preferred Experience growing accounts beyond 100,000 followers. Experience creating viral content campaigns. Understanding of consumer psychology and attention economics. Experience with creator-led brands, media brands, or high-growth startups. Familiarity with content production workflows and short-form video strategy.
