Instagram Growth Specialist

We are a book retreat business located in the PNW, hosting immersive, multi-day getaways for readers who want to dive deep into a single book. Each retreat is built around a carefully chosen text and offers time to read, reflect, and engage through conversation and shared experience. We are seeking a skilled Instagram Growth Specialist to help us build our Instagram following, particularly within our target customer demographic. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing and Instagram growth strategies, with a focus on content creation, engagement, and influencer outreach. Candidates who are readers and/or familiar with bookstagram / BookTok preferred. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective growth strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
