We're a modest fashion brand managing a high volume of Instagram creator conversations daily. We need someone to handle replies using provided templates, collect information, and create draft orders in Shopify. What you'll do: Reply to Instagram DMs using provided templates Collect size, color, and shipping address from creators who say yes Create draft orders in Shopify once logistics are collected Follow up with creators who haven't responded Flag anything outside the templates immediately What we're looking for: Follows templates exactly, no improvising Available daily for 1-2 hours Comfortable with Instagram DMs and Shopify admin Detail-oriented — one wrong address is a wasted shipment To apply, please answer: Have you managed Instagram DMs before?
