Instagram Organic Growth & Content Manager

I am looking for an experienced Instagram content strategist / social media manager to help build organic awareness for an early-stage family health brand. ## Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating publish-ready Instagram content, not just ideas or strategy for early stage health tech startup. 1. 3 feed posts - These may include one-line emotional posters, quote-style awareness posts, chat-style posts, or simple educational awareness posts. 2. 2 text-based Reels - Short 10–20 second Reels using strong text hooks, simple animation, captions, and clear emotional storytelling. 3. 1 carousel post - A simple, saveable carousel around family health admin, medicine reminders, reports, doctor visits, caregiving, or invisible care work. 4. 3–5 Instagram Story ideas - Polls, questions, “tag someone” prompts, this-or-that stickers, and engagement-focused story content. 5. Captions for every post - Captions should be warm, emotional, clear, and designed to encourage comments, tagging, saves, and shares. 6. CTA suggestions for every post - Examples: “Tag the person who never forgets medicines”, “Send this to your family group”, “Comment who handles this in your home.” 7. Editable design files - All designs should be delivered in Canva, Figma, or another editable format, along with exported ready-to-post files. 8. Weekly content calendar - A simple calendar showing what will be posted, when, and why. Basic performance review 9. At the end of each week, review what performed best and suggest what to double down on next. 10. Community engagement support - Suggest replies to comments and DMs, and help us turn audience responses into future content ideas. We are not looking for someone who only gives content ideas. We need someone who can create polished, ready-to-post Instagram content consistently. ## All I have now is a brand new instagram page. That's it. The goal is to make people feel: “This happens in my family too.” We will provide the product context and brand direction after shortlisting. The public content will initially focus on awareness, not product promotion. Please start your proposal with the phrase: “Care is invisible when it works” so we know you read this properly. We are looking for someone thoughtful, creative, consistent, and strategic — not someone who only schedules posts.
