JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented virtual assistant to run daily Instagram DM outreach for a travel and hospitality brand. You will work from a prepared list, send pre written messages from our accounts, and keep everything logged. This is a steady, process driven role. No cold calling, no writing from scratch, and nothing to build. Everything is already set up for you. We partner with a large network of travel Instagram accounts (over 80 million combined followers and billions of monthly views through our network partner) to create professional short form video for local businesses and put it in front of large, travel ready audiences in specific cities. Over the years our team has helped grow Instagram accounts by over a million followers, generated billions of impressions, and produced content featured by major hospitality and travel brands. TIME COMMITMENT AND SCHEDULE • 10 to 20 hours per week to start. • The work is done in a few short sessions across the day, not one long block. To keep our accounts healthy, messages go out in small batches with gaps in between, so you will check in a handful of times over roughly a 5 to 6 hour window, for about 2 hours of actual work per day. If you can only work one solid block, this role is not a fit. • Fully remote. We care about daily consistency and clean logging, not exactly when you work. • We are in the early stages of this business and are running an initial 30 day test. If it goes well, we plan to extend and grow the role and your hours. This starts as a 30 day trial, and continuing past that depends on how the test performs. REQUIREMENTS • Based in Central or South America. This is required for time zone overlap. • Fluent written English. • Reliable and consistent. Steady daily volume matters more than speed. • Comfortable working inside Instagram DMs on desktop. • Organized with Google Sheets. If it is not logged, it did not happen. • Able to follow a process exactly and flag issues instead of improvising. • Spanish is a strong plus, since one of our markets is in Mexico. It is not required. SCOPE OF WORK • Work down a prepared Google Sheet of businesses, each with their Instagram link. • Open each business Instagram and confirm the account is active. • Send an opening message from our account using a copy and paste template, rotating between a few provided versions so no two messages are identical. • Send up to two follow ups if there is no reply. The sheet tells you who is due each day. • Log dates and status as you go. • Follow simple daily send limits and spacing so our accounts stay healthy. If Instagram ever shows a warning, stop right away and tell us. • When someone is interested, send them our intake form and pass the conversation to us. You do not handle closing or payment.
