🎥 Instagram Reels Editor / Content Creator (Ongoing Work) I’m looking for a high-level video editor + content thinker to turn raw footage from a business trip into engaging Instagram Reels. This is not just basic editing — I need someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and what actually performs on social media. 📍 Project Overview I’ll be travelling through: - China visiting factories and the canton fair - General business + lifestyle moments I’ll be capturing a large volume of footage including: - Behind-the-scenes business moments - Interactions with suppliers - Travel + lifestyle clips - POV and filmed content Your job is to: 👉 Turn this into high-performing Reels (vlog-style, engaging, story-driven) 🎯 What I’m Looking For You are: - A video editor AND content thinker - Someone who understands Instagram / TikTok style content - Ideally a content creator or social media manager yourself - Able to identify what’s interesting from raw footage 🧠 Your Role - Go through a large library of raw footage - Find key moments and build engaging short-form videos - Create multiple Reels (not just one) Structure videos with: - Hooks - Story flow - Retention-focused editing 💡 Creative Input (IMPORTANT) - I don’t just want an editor. - I want someone who can: - Suggest video ideas and angles, voice overs 🎬 Editing Style Content should feel: - Natural / not overproduced - Fast-paced - Engaging from the first 2 seconds - Native to Instagram (not corporate or cinematic) 📦 Deliverables - Multiple Reels from one content batch - Ongoing content output (not one-off) - Ability to turn 1 trip into weeks of content 🔥 Bonus (not required but ideal) - Experience with personal brand content - Understanding of business / eCommerce content - say red banana in your application - Ability to repurpose clips into multiple formats 💬 To Apply Send: - Examples of Reels / TikTok content you’ve edited - Brief explanation of your editing style 🚀 Goal - Turn raw footage into: 👉 engaging, story-driven content that people actually watch Looking for someone long-term if this works well.
