Instagram Reels Editor — Fitness/PT Content with Anatomy Animation

Our space looks and feels like a high-end gym — think Equinox, not a standard PT clinic — and our content should reflect that. We give you raw iPhone footage. You turn it into clean, high-performing Instagram Reels — plus the cover image for each one. The whole job hinges on anatomy visualization. Many of our Reels involve explaining a structure — Achilles tendon, rotator cuff, hip flexor — and showing it on screen while we talk. We need 3D renders or clean illustrations that are anatomically accurate and look professional. Not clip art. This is the piece most editors can't do well, and it's the reason for this post. What we need Per Reel: 9:16 vertical, edited from raw iPhone footage Anatomy overlays / animations where the script calls for them Accurate captions A custom cover image (see below) How we work: No music. We add trending audio natively in Instagram. Pacing has to come from the cuts — tight edits, no dead air, no dragging talking-head. Deliver clean dialogue audio that a track can sit over. Captions must be accurate on clinical terms. Auto-captions mangle words like "gastroc," "eccentric," and "patellar tendinopathy." We're a clinical brand — proofread them. 48–72 hour turnaround, one round of revisions No cheesy transitions. No corporate wellness vibes. Cover images Every Reel needs a cover: subject cut out from a frame of the video, bold skewed text overlay, question in our brand green + short imperative in white. We'll send a style reference and our brand kit. We write the text. You don't need to come up with the hook — we send you the exact copy with each video. Your job is the cutout and the composition. Cutout quality matters: we shoot in a gym, so busy backgrounds, equipment, windows. We'll pay separately, one time, to build the reusable template. After that it's part of each Reel. To apply — four things Send samples of your anatomy work. Fitness or health short-form. This is the main thing we're screening on — if you don't have anatomy examples, this isn't the right fit. How do you source your anatomy assets? Library, stock, custom-built — just tell us your workflow. Watch one Reel on our Instagram and tell us what you'd have done differently. One or two sentences. Be blunt — we'd rather hear a real critique than a compliment. Your rates for 4, 8, and 12 Reels/month, covers included. If anatomy-heavy Reels take you longer, say so and price them accordingly — we'd rather pay honestly than get cut corners. Paid trial We have raw footage ready to go. Strong applicants get a paid trial — one Reel plus its cover — before we commit to anything ongoing. Real footage, real pay, no spec work.
