Instagram Reels Editor Needed: Ongoing Work for Creative Agency (Trial Reel First)

I run a UK-based creative agency producing branded content for small and mid-size businesses. I need a reels editor to take on ongoing short-form video editing, starting with a minimum of eight reels a month, with the expectation of growing across more client accounts over time. What the work looks like: Editing vertical, short-form video (Instagram Reels format) from raw footage Some reels come with a tight cut list and pacing notes for you to execute Others come with raw footage and a rough creative direction, where I want your editing judgement on pacing, cuts, and structure Captions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics as needed Music syncing and platform-native pacing (this is not long-form YouTube editing; it needs to feel native to the platform) What I'm looking for: Editors with a genuine short-form portfolio, not long-form work cut down Comfort working both to a tight brief and with creative freedom Fast, reliable turnaround Someone who wants ongoing work, not a one-off gig Process: Send your portfolio, focused on short-form vertical content specifically Shortlisted editors will be asked to complete one paid trial reel from a sample clip I provide, at your standard rate Based on the trial, we move to an ongoing working arrangement with regular monthly volume Rate structure (ongoing, once trial is passed): Two tiers: a lower rate for tightly-briefed reels, a higher rate for reels requiring editing judgement on loosely-briefed raw footage Paid per reel, not hourly Please include your rate for each tier in your proposal Communication: Day-to-day communication happens over Slack once you're onboarded.
