Instagram Engagement & Community Assistant Remote | Philippines | Part-time — 2 hours per day TheJobWalk is a fast-growing construction media platform covering major projects, industry news, jobs and insights across the United States. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the engagement and community side of our Instagram account. Our content and graphics will already be created and posted by our internal team. You will not be responsible for designing images, editing videos or creating posts. Your focus will be simple: Make sure TheJobWalk is highly active, visible and engaged across Instagram every single day. We are extremely ambitious about growing this platform. We do not want our Instagram account to simply exist. We want it to become one of the most active and recognisable construction media accounts on the platform. We need someone who genuinely wants to help us drive that growth. What you will be doing Responding to comments on TheJobWalk’s posts. Responding to relevant direct messages and story reactions. Leaving thoughtful comments on construction industry posts. Engaging with contractors, developers, architects, construction professionals and industry creators. Reposting relevant content to our Instagram Stories. Making sure there is regular activity on our Stories throughout the day. Engaging with people who follow, comment on or interact with TheJobWalk. Finding relevant accounts and conversations for TheJobWalk to become involved in. Helping build relationships with construction companies, creators and industry professionals. Encouraging relevant users to visit our profile and discover TheJobWalk. Providing a brief daily update on the engagement completed. You will not be responsible for Designing graphics. Creating Instagram posts. Editing videos or Reels. Writing long-form content. Managing the overall content calendar. Our internal team will handle all content creation and publishing. Your job is to make sure that once the content is published, TheJobWalk is active around it and visible throughout the wider Instagram community. What we are looking for We want someone who: Understands how Instagram engagement works. Is confident communicating in written English. Can leave thoughtful and relevant comments. Understands the difference between genuine engagement and spam. Is naturally curious and proactive. Can work independently. Is consistent and reliable. Pays attention to detail. Is comfortable being measured on activity and growth. Is excited by ambitious targets. You do not need construction industry experience, but you must be willing to learn about the industry and the companies we cover. This is not a passive role We do not want someone who spends two hours casually scrolling Instagram. We want focused activity. We want someone who is actively looking for conversations, posts and accounts that TheJobWalk should be engaging with. We want you to notice opportunities. We want you to start conversations. We want you to help us become impossible to ignore within the construction industry. We will provide training, example comments, target accounts and clear guidance. However, we also want someone who can use initiative and bring their own ideas. Working hours Approximately 2 hours per day. Monday to Friday. Ideally working during hours that overlap with the US working day. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available as TheJobWalk grows. Why join TheJobWalk?
