Instagram & TikTok Growth Specialist | Content Strategy for New Launch

We're launching a new product/brand/offer and need a skilled Social Media Manager to build our Instagram and TikTok presence from the ground up. This role is centered on content strategy and growth — someone who can create a clear roadmap and execute against it. Scope of work: Build a content strategy specific to Instagram and TikTok growth goals Create a content pillar framework aligned with our brand/offer Produce a content calendar with a mix of Reels, TikToks, and static posts Recommend and implement growth tactics suited to each platform Provide guidance on community engagement to support early growth Ideal candidate: Social Media Manager with hands-on Instagram and TikTok growth experience Strong content strategy skills — this is not just execution, we need strategic input Comfortable working with a new/pre-launch brand Portfolio or case studies showing growth results preferred Open to project-based or trial-to-retainer arrangement depending on fit.
