Looking for a skilled short-form video editor for ongoing content across multiple brands. We're a fast-moving, business producing a high volume of short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for our clients. We work with a range of clients, so we need an editor who can adapt to different brand styles and tones — and turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, retention-optimized clips with clean captions, dynamic b-roll, sound design, and punchy pacing. The non-negotiable: fast turnaround. Every video must be delivered within 24–36 hours of receiving the raw footage. This is the single most important requirement — if you can't consistently hit this window, this isn't the right fit. What you'll be doing: • Editing talking-head and lifestyle clips into engaging short-form videos • Adapting your editing style to match each client's brand and voice • Adding animated captions, b-roll, sound effects, and hooks that maximize retention • Working in an ongoing, high-volume pipeline (not a one-off project) You're a great fit if you: • Have a portfolio showing range across different short-form styles (please share links) • Are highly responsive and communicate proactively • Can reliably commit to the 24–36 hour delivery window • Thrive in a fast-paced, ongoing workflow
