Install Cameras on Garbage Bin

Scope of Work: Camera & Sensor Installation on Garbage Bins (Fly-Tipping Monitoring) 1. Objective Install fly-tipping detection cameras and fill-level sensors on/above garbage bins located in semi-covered areas (e.g., basement carparks, loading bays, bin collection points) to monitor unauthorized dumping and support waste analytics. 2. Site Conditions (as per reference image) - Bins located under a covered structure/overhang (protected from direct rain, but still an open-air environment) - Bins positioned in a row against a wall or concrete pillar - Nearby structural elements (pillar, wall, ceiling beams) available for camera mounting to get an elevated, wide-angle view of all bins - Sensor units to be mounted on the **front face of each bin** (as shown — small white sensor boxes already fitted per bin) - Area shared with vehicle traffic/parking, so cabling and mounts must be positioned to avoid obstruction or damage 3. Scope of Installation Per Bin (Sensor): - Mount fill-level/motion sensor on the front panel of each bin (as per existing sensor placement style) - Ensure sensor is angled correctly for detection (fill level, lid open/close, or motion depending on sensor type) - Confirm wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi/LoRa/cellular) from each bin's location 4. Technician Responsibilities - Drill and mount sensor brackets onto each bin securely - Drill and mount camera bracket onto pillar/wall/ceiling at appropriate height and angle - Conceal/secure all cabling to prevent tampering or accidental disconnection - Test each sensor's connectivity and camera's field of view before sign-off 5. Deliverables - Fully installed and functional sensors on all designated bins - One functional camera per bin cluster/row, covering the full area - Installation report confirming connectivity test results
