Institutional Information Memorandum (Private Equity Style | PowerPoint + Adobe Illustrator)

e are looking for an experienced presentation designer to transform an existing Information Memorandum into a polished, institutional-quality investor deck comparable to materials produced by firms such as H.I.G. Capital, Blackstone, Brookfield or KKR. This is not a standard PowerPoint formatting job. The Information Memorandum already exists in PowerPoint. The objective is to elevate it to institutional standards through custom-designed graphics, layouts and visual storytelling while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic. Scope of Work You will: Improve the overall visual design while retaining the existing content Create custom diagrams, infographics and process flows Design bespoke maps, timelines and investment process graphics Replace generic SmartArt with institutional-quality visuals Improve typography, spacing and visual hierarchy Ensure consistency across the entire presentation Produce graphics in Adobe Illustrator (or similar) where appropriate Deliver a fully editable PowerPoint with all graphics remaining editable Maintain a clean, understated private equity aesthetic (not a startup pitch deck) Inspiration The design style should resemble investor presentations produced by firms such as: H.I.G.
