We are looking for an experienced **Instructional Designer** to develop modern, learner-centered courses focused on higher education, professional learning, and AI-enhanced education. **Responsibilities:** * Design complete course structures and learning experiences * Develop eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led content * Create storyboards, assessments, activities, and learning objectives * Integrate appropriate AI concepts into learning content * Collaborate with U.S.-based SMEs and stakeholders * Review courses for instructional quality and consistency **Preferred Expertise:** * Instructional Design & Curriculum Development * Higher Education Course Development * eLearning & Adult Learning * AI-Enhanced Learning * AI Ethics in Education * Assessment Development * Storyboarding & Microlearning * Learner-Centered Design **LMS & Tools:** * Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle * Articulate 360 * LMS & Digital Learning Platforms * Asana **What We Require:** * Updated resume * Instructional design portfolio * Relevant course development samples * AI or higher education experience is a plus
