Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating and continuously improving learning materials and courses for corporate trainings, medical field or education field that meet the needs of our learners. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and the learning development team to design instructional materials that are both educational and engaging. Responsibilities Design and develop learning solutions and course materials, such as interactive courses, instructional videos, user manuals, and job aids. Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create innovative and effective learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of various target audiences. Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules and learning outcomes, and iterate based on feedback. Manage the development of instructional materials from concept through delivery. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design. Key Qualifications Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role. Can work with open camera (needed for SME and meetings) and have likeable personality Dependable Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Knowledgeable in authoring tools and software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Excellent communication skills Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts. Experience in designing for various training modalities including online, in-person, and blended learning environments. Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
