Instructional designer with video-production skills

We are NOT looking for someone who just does AI avatar videos. We need an eLearning producer who can blend AI instructor footage, professional B-roll, motion graphics, visual explanations, scenarios, knowledge checks, and interactive learning into a premium professional training course. You must understand how to create an engaging learning experience by combining: AI Instructor + B-Roll + Graphics + Animation + Scenarios + Interaction + Assessment This position requires more than video-editing skills. You should understand how to create an effective learning experience. This role includes knowing how to use: Learning objectives Visual explanations Knowledge checks Scenario-based learning Assessments Interactive activities Learner engagement techniques Information reinforcement Adult-learning principles You should be able to look at a script and storyboard and understand how to turn that information into an engaging lesson rather than simply displaying the text on screen. First Paid Test Project We will NOT immediately assign the entire course. The selected freelancer will first receive one paid test lesson. Ideal Candidate The person we are looking for should: Have professional eLearning development experience. Understand instructional design Have strong video-editing abilities.
