Insulation, Drywall & Steel Stud Framing Estimator

We are looking for an experienced estimator to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for insulation, drywall, and steel stud framing projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with commercial and/or residential construction and be able to read construction drawings efficiently. Responsibilities: * Perform insulation, drywall, and steel stud framing takeoffs. * Review architectural and structural drawings. * Prepare detailed material quantity reports and BOQs. * Deliver accurate estimates within project deadlines. Requirements: * Proven experience in drywall, insulation, and steel stud framing estimation. * Proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software. * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
