Insurance Agent Compliance Support/Customer Service

Hi! We are a well-established insurance continuing education provider seeking an individual to assist in providing call and admin support to our insurance agent customers. Day to day activities include assisting with customer support calls, replying to customer questions by email, and other miscellaneous admin functions for course offerings. It is highly preferred that candidates are licensed insurance agents or have insurance-related career experiences, but not required. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, with an aptitude for learning new technology platforms, be flexible to taking on differing roles and responsibility, and truly enjoy assisting others. Excellent written and verbal communications are must, as are experience using MS Office products. This position offers excellent opportunity for long-term growth and development. Our culture is highly focused, goal oriented, but very casual and collaborative. This a full-time, remote, independent contractor position. Initial compensation is $16-$22 hour, based on qualifications and experience. Thank you!
