Summary

Adelfia Insurance is seeking a Customer Service & Client Relationship Specialist to join one of the top-performing insurance offices in Los Angeles. This role is primarily focused on servicing our current clients and protecting relationships within our existing book of business, while also helping identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthening customer retention. You will be responsible for delivering top-quality service to current customers while helping generate growth through our existing client base. (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING) Must speak and write English at an expert level Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Spanish speaking is preferred but not required Responsibilities: Primary Focus: Customer Service & Retention Answer inbound phone calls and provide top-quality service to current customers Perform policy reviews with current customers Handle billing questions and payment inquiries Provide Auto ID Cards, policy documents, and Certificates of Insurance Solve underwriting, inspection, and policy servicing issues Assist customers with claims reporting and claim follow-up Handle Notice of Cancellations and retention outreach Attempt to save policies at risk of cancelling Manage CRM tasks, notes, and follow-up activity Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication Secondary Focus: Growth Through Existing Customers Make outbound calls to current customers for relationship check-ins Ask for Google reviews and referrals from happy customers Identify cross-sell opportunities such as: Auto + Home bundles Additional vehicles or drivers Commercial policies Life insurance opportunities Warm transfer qualified opportunities to licensed agents or schedule callbacks Help customers uncover gaps in coverage so they are properly protected Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for self-driven individuals who are “A” players and want to make a great living. We provide strong training, systems, and support. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and communication skills, we will help you succeed.
