Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team on a long-term remote basis. This role supports our Property & Casualty insurance operations, with a primary focus on Auto and Homeowners Insurance. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage policy servicing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a support and administrative role only. The candidate WILL NOT and must not discuss insurance coverages, provide coverage advice, or act in any licensed insurance capacity with clients or prospects. Responsibilities Maintain and update insurance policies Answer customer questions related to policy servicing and account status Follow up with clients regarding documents, renewals, and pending items Assist with quoting preparation and information gathering Cross-sell additional products through approved scripts/processes Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally Assist with administrative and CRM-related tasks Coordinate with licensed agents when coverage-related questions arise Requirements Previous experience in: Insurance customer service Insurance agency support Call center or client support environments Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organization and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions professionally Comfortable working remotely with accountability tools and company systems Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
