Insurance VA — Policy Retention & Fast Lead Follow-Up for Life Insurance Agency

About us: We're a life insurance agency specializing in final expense and veteran-focused coverage. We run high lead volume and need a dedicated VA to make sure no existing policyholder slips through the cracks. What you'll do: Conservation/retention: Work a daily worklist of lapsing/lapsed policies — outreach to clients to update payment info, reschedule drafts, and prevent cancellations. Carrier admin: Update EFT/banking info, pull policy status, manage reinstatement and follow-up tasks across multiple carriers. Scheduling & general admin as needed. Must-haves: Prior experience with a US insurance agency (life/final expense a strong plus) Excellent, clear English (phone + text) Comfortable in a CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a major plus Reliable hours overlapping US Central time Note: This is an admin/retention role — no licensed activities (quoting, advising, binding). You'll support our licensed agents.
