Summary

Job Description We are looking for a highly driven and experienced sales professional who can own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in both B2B and B2C sales, has worked with U.S.-based clients, and is comfortable generating opportunities independently through cold outreach, networking, and outbound prospecting. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate as both an SDR and an Account Executive while also leading and managing sales teams when needed. Required Skills - Strong B2B sales experience - Strong B2C sales experience - Experience managing and leading sales teams - Outbound prospecting and lead generation - Cold calling and cold outreach - SDR experience - Account Executive (AE) experience - Pipeline management and CRM usage - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent English communication skills Required Experience - Proven experience selling to U.S. clients - Experience managing people and sales teams - Experience generating leads independently - Experience handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing - Experience in both inbound and outbound sales environments - Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
