About the Role We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Specialist to join one of our U.S.-based law firm partners. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional client experience. You'll be responsible for conducting initial client screenings, gathering case information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring every potential client receives professional, compassionate, and timely service. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment. What You'll Do Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from prospective clients. Conduct initial client screenings and collect detailed case information. Determine whether potential cases meet the firm's qualification criteria. Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars. Complete intake forms accurately and maintain detailed CRM records. Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely communication. Maintain organized client files and documentation. Communicate professionally with attorneys, legal staff, and clients. Support the legal team with administrative and case intake tasks. Deliver a positive, compassionate, and professional client experience throughout the intake process. Qualifications 1+ year of experience as an Intake Specialist supporting U.S.-based law firms.(Required) Previous experience in Personal Injury and/or Immigration law (required) Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent phone presence and customer service skills. Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities. Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Experience using legal case management software such as Clio, Litify, MyCase, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar platforms. Experience drafting legal documents or organizing case files. Familiarity with legal intake procedures and client onboarding. Experience working with virtual legal teams.
