About the Role We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Intake Specialist to join one of our U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm partners. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, evaluating potential cases, collecting detailed information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring every prospective client receives compassionate, professional, and timely service. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls from prospective clients. Conduct detailed client intake interviews and gather case information. Evaluate potential cases based on firm guidelines. Schedule consultations with attorneys. Accurately complete intake forms and maintain CRM records. Follow up with prospective clients as needed. Maintain organized digital case files and documentation. Communicate professionally with attorneys, legal staff, and clients. Support administrative tasks related to the intake process. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression for every client. Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist for a U.S.-based law firm. Previous Personal Injury intake experience is required. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Strong customer service and phone etiquette. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams. Preferred Experience using legal CRMs and case management software such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase, or similar. Familiarity with legal intake procedures and client onboarding. Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
