Intake Specialist for Law Firm

Join Rachel Frazier Johnson Law as an Intake Specialist. The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression for potential clients. This individual will answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, conduct initial screenings, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records within our case management system. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information Evaluate leads based on established criteria and attorney guidelines Schedule consultations and appointments Enter and maintain accurate client information in Clio Grow and Clio Manage Follow up with prospective clients to improve conversion rates Communicate professionally and empathetically with individuals experiencing stressful legal situations Track lead sources and intake metrics Assist with administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required Previous law firm intake experience preferred Experience with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, or similar CRM/case management software preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and active listening abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
