Intake and Case Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm

Peynado Law Firm is an Immigration and Personal Injury Law Firm committed to helping immigrant families and injured clients navigate the legal system with compassion and expertise. We are looking for a highly motivated Intake and Case Manager to assist with receiving and reaching out to potential personal injury clients, educating them on our services, and assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in personal injury services. • Follow up on leads from various marketing channels. • Qualify potential clients based on their legal needs. • Schedule consultations for attorneys. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments. • Provide excellent customer service and answer basic personal injury-related inquiries. • Meet or exceed call and appointment-setting goals. ✅ Qualifications • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury law intake or knowledge • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) and a confident voice and persona. • Strong knowledge of personal injury processes and case types (car accidents, medical malpractice, slip & fall, and others) • High emotional intelligence, clear communicator, and active listener • Confident using tools like Zoom, Clio, Ringcentral, and Slack • Must have a quite work environment and have a reliable internet connection ⭐️ Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on experience and knowledge with Personal Injury processes and using softwares such as Clio and Ring Central. Bonuses are also given based on performance. Shift would be from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm EST. Thank you for your interest!
