Intake and Case Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm

Peynado Law Firm is a growing law firm based in Georgia focused on providing exceptional client service. We are expanding our Personal Injury department and are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote team. This is a long-term position for someone who is highly organized, proactive, compassionate with clients, and experienced handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior experience working for a U.S. personal injury law firm. ⸻ 🔑 Responsibilities You will manage a caseload while ensuring every client receives outstanding communication and support. Responsibilities include: * Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement * Maintain accurate case files and case notes * Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text * Request and organize medical records and billing records * Order police reports * Coordinate property damage claims * Open insurance claims * Communicate with insurance adjusters * Monitor medical treatment progress * Track deadlines and follow-up tasks * Prepare demand packages * Review settlement documentation * Coordinate lien reductions when applicable * Assist with settlement disbursement process * Schedule appointments and follow-ups * Keep attorneys updated on case status * Ensure all information is entered accurately into the case management system ⸻ ✅ Required Experience Applicants must have: * Minimum 2 years working for a U.S. personal injury law firm * Experience handling auto accident cases * Experience communicating with insurance companies * Experience requesting medical records and bills * Strong client communication skills * Excellent English (spoken and written) * Ability to multitask * Strong attention to detail * Reliable high-speed internet * Quiet home office ⸻ ✅ Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a major plus: * Clio Manage * Clio Grow * RingCentral * Google Workspace * Microsoft Office * AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) ⸻ ⭐️ What Success Looks Like Our ideal Case Manager: * Responds quickly to clients * Keeps cases moving without being asked * Anticipates problems before they occur * Is extremely organized * Documents everything * Works independently * Treats clients with empathy and professionalism * Loves building efficient systems ⸻ ⏰ Work Schedule * Full-time preferred (40 hours/week) * Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm EST * Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours ⸻ ⭐️ Compensation Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
