Integration Specialist: Ontraport & Mighty Networks Sync

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced integration specialist to establish a robust, two-way data sync between our CRM (Ontraport) and our community platform (Mighty Networks). The primary direction of data flow will be from Ontraport to Mighty Networks, but critical updates will need to sync back to the CRM. Project Scope & Technical Requirements: Field Mapping: You will need to map approximately 10 to 20 custom profile fields between both platforms. Two-Way Logic: Configure triggers based on contact updates, tag changes, or plan purchases. Infinite Loop Prevention: Because this is a bidirectional sync, you must implement strict filtering and logic to prevent an endless loop of system updates. Platform Choice: We prefer utilizing Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat). Please specify your preference and why in your proposal. Testing & QA: Thoroughly test the payload data to ensure no custom fields are dropped, corrupted, or incorrectly overwritten.
