AI Integration for Existing Management Platform - Agents & Automation (1 Week Sprint)

We have an existing management platform already up and running, and we're looking to bring some AI capabilities into it. This isn't a build-from-scratch project - the platform is already there, we just need someone to integrate AI on top of what we have. What we're after is mainly automation powered by AI agents. Think of things like handling repetitive tasks automatically, letting users interact with our system through natural language, and having an AI agent that can actually take actions inside the platform instead of just answering questions. A document intelligence / RAG piece is part of this too - being able to query our documents and pull relevant info, but the bigger focus is on the automation and agent side of things. Most of the AI work should be in Python. We're open to using existing AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) rather than training anything custom, since we want this done efficiently and integrated cleanly into what already exists. A few things we'd like to cover: - AI agents that can perform actions/workflows within our platform - Automation of repetitive processes using AI - RAG setup so the system can understand and respond based on our own documents/data - Clean integration with our current backend (nothing that breaks existing functionality) Timeline is important - we need this completed within 1 to 2 weeks, so we're looking for someone who's done this kind of integration before and can move fast without a big learning curve.
