Integrator / Operations Director
Worldwide
Integrator / Director of Operations - Remote - $45–55k base + performance bonuses. - We're hiring the person who's going to run our company day-to-day operations We are a Discord subscription based community that focuses on reselling and making our members money through daily alerts for profitable flips, deals, and much more. We've built a thriving community of 1,000+ paying members that delivers consistent results and life changing opportunites. I'm a Visionary Founder. I generate ideas, drive the brand, and build the marketing engine. I'm structurally bad at the part of running a company that requires consistent maintenance, weekly accountability, and indefinite loop-closing. I'm hiring an Integrator. If you've read Rocket Fuel or are familiar with the EOS systems, you know exactly what that means. If you haven't, please read it before you apply. Responsibilities: - You will be directly reporting to me. You are the "glue" across all departments of the company. - Operational execution. Everything that currently lands on my plate that isn't strategy, brand, or marketing direction. - The team. Weekly 1:1s with our product lead, marketing lead, support team, and category specialists. Scorecards. KPIs. Accountability. - Hiring and firing within your team. - Retention. Monthly churn reduction and customer satisfaction. - Product quality. Our product lead is a good person who needs clear weekly direction. You're going to be the one giving it to him, with measurable KPIs on deal volume, profit per alert, and member-perceived value. Who you are You've spent 3+ years running operations in a small or mid-sized business. Somewhere you didn't have layers of support, where you had to actually own outcomes and the team. You've hired people. You've fired people. You've held weekly accountability meetings, built scorecards, and watched numbers move because of decisions you made. You're wired to close loops. When you finish a task, you get a hit of satisfaction. When you see a process leaking, you can't leave it alone. You actually enjoy the part of business that most people find tedious. The meetings, the metrics, the follow-through, the consistency. That energy is non-negotiable for this role. You can manage up. You can tell someone "that's a great idea, let's save it for next quarter." You can disagree with me in a meeting and not back down. The right person for this job is going to argue with me regularly, and we're both going to be better for it. You're fluent in metrics, frameworks (EOS / Traction / Rocket Fuel), and you don't need a playbook to know what good operations looks like. Who you're not - This isn't an EA role. If your background is calendar management, inbox triage, and travel booking, this isn't your seat. - This isn't a project management role. PMs run projects. Integrators run companies. Different shapes. - If you've never managed a team, never held a P&L conversation, never run a weekly accountability meeting, please don't apply. The role asks you to do those things on day one. Compensation - Base: $3,800–4,500/month ($45–54k/year), depending on experience and location - Performance bonuses: Up to $1,000/month tied directly to monthly metrics - Target year-one comp: $60–80k all-in - Remote, flexible hours, need to be able to overlap EST. How to apply Send me written responses to these three scenarios (I will be able to tell if you use AI) 1. Monthly churn just spiked from 18% to 26%. What is your first seven days of work? 2. A direct report has been told to deliver X every week and has missed three weeks in a row. They're a good person trying hard but consistently missing the mark. Walk me through your next 30 days managing this. 3. I just brought you new ideas on our Monday meeting. Some are great. Some will distract the team from this quarter's priorities. How do you handle this without crushing my energy or taking us in the wrong direction because of it? After those responses, send a one page note about your most recent operational leadership role (what you owned, what you fixed, what the team looked like). I read every application personally. If your responses signal you're the kind of operator I'm looking for, I'll be in touch. A note about working with me - I'm going to bring you ideas constantly. Some will be great. Some will be wrong. Your job is to help me filter, not to execute every idea I have, and not to shut them all down either. Your goal is to protect the company from misaligned strategy and ideas. - I'm direct. I expect directness back. I want someone who'll push back, hold me accountable to my own commitments, and tell me when I'm being the problem. That's the relationship that scales this company. Anything less is just paying for a hire who agrees with me. If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, apply now! Look forward to hearing from you.
