Interactive Invitation Website Designer Needed to Create Reusable Mobile-First Templates

We are looking for a skilled web designer to create a small collection of premium, mobile-first digital invitation websites for weddings and other events. These will be reusable master designs that our team can personalise for individual customers. The finished invitations should feel elegant, memorable and highly polished, with a strong emphasis on mobile usability and smooth interaction. The initial project is fixed-price, with the possibility of ongoing paid work after completion. The selected designer may continue working with us to personalise customer invitations, complete revisions and create additional design concepts. The company name and full creative direction will be shared privately with shortlisted applicants. Initial Deliverables The initial project will include: three reusable interactive digital invitation designs; mobile-first and responsive layouts; editable text, photographs, dates and colours; opening animations and smooth transitions; countdown functionality; event details and schedules; location and map buttons; photo-gallery sections; optional music controls; RSVP or enquiry-form integration; working links and buttons; organised editable source files; transfer of all projects to our account; a short recorded handover tutorial. The designs should be easy to duplicate and personalise for future customer orders. Required Skills We are looking for someone with experience in: web design; mobile-first and responsive design; interaction design; UI/UX design; web animation; Framer, Webflow, Tilda or a similar platform; form and RSVP integration; strong typography and visual composition. Experience creating websites for weddings, events, luxury brands, hospitality, fashion or visually led consumer businesses would be helpful. Design Standard The finished work should feel: premium; elegant; editorial; modern; visually distinctive; fast-loading; easy to use; polished on mobile. We are not looking for generic templates, basic landing pages or static invitation graphics. Ongoing Work After the initial designs are complete, the selected designer may be asked to: duplicate approved master designs; replace customer names, photographs and event details; update colours, wording and music; connect individual RSVP forms; update countdowns, schedules and map links; complete customer revision requests; test and publish final invitation pages; create additional invitation concepts. Please include your preferred fixed price for future customer personalisation work. Ownership and Commercial Rights This is a work-for-hire project. Upon full payment: all final designs and editable source files will be owned exclusively by the client; all worldwide commercial-use rights will transfer to the client; the client may edit, duplicate, adapt, sell, license and use the designs for unlimited customer projects; the designer may not resell, redistribute, reuse or license the commissioned designs to another client; the work may not be published in a portfolio, marketplace, case study or on social media without prior written approval; all third-party fonts, photographs, graphics, code, plugins and other assets must be properly licensed and disclosed.
