Interactive Kiosk Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to create an interactive kiosk application with advanced background replacement for an augmented reality experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Unity and C# to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The project requires a strong understanding of AR technology and the ability to deliver a high-quality, user-friendly application. We currently have an application using Unity and MediaPipe on a robust PC using a 4K webcam. It works OK but we've looking for someone that can help us provide a much more reliable and higher quality job of background replacement. We want to have cleaner edges around people, less problem when people are standing close together with occlusion. Looking for someone, initially, to create a proof of concept that demonstrates a very solid full body background replacement that will work in a mall setting where background and lighting conditions are very dynamic. Please provide a budget for creating this proof of concept and explain what you'll do that will be better than Unity/Mediapipe.
