Interactive Lead Capture Tool + Email Automation

I’m building a web-based tool for a finance/investing app. I need a freelancer to build a short interactive calculator embedded on my existing landing page, connected to an automated email flow. What you’ll build Part 1 — Interactive Calculator (Frontend) • A multi-step form (3–5 questions) embedded on an existing landing page (Shopify/Dawn theme) • Calculates and displays a personalized score or result based on user inputs • Collects the user’s email before revealing the full result (email gate) • Clean, mobile-friendly UI that matches the existing site design Part 2 — Email Automation (Klaviyo) • Push the user’s email + result data to Klaviyo via API on form submission • Set up a Klaviyo Flow that sends an instant automated email with their personalized result • Email must display their specific score dynamically using Klaviyo profile properties Tech stack • Frontend: JavaScript (vanilla or lightweight framework) • Email platform: Klaviyo (account already set up) • Hosting: Replit (app already live) • Landing page: Shopify (Dawn theme) You’re a fit if you have • Experience embedding interactive tools in Shopify themes • Klaviyo API integration experience (not just drag-and-drop) • Clean frontend skills — this needs to look polished • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Deliverables 1.
