Shoppers must be able to: • Pick their nationality so the on-screen model automatically adjusts skin tone, facial features, and accent. • Choose size, color, fabric, and—because we specialize in Tees—our core Casual style (I may add athletic or formal later). The same AI engine will also generate short spoken videos (15–60 sec) for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each clip should rotate through three themes—product descriptions, promotional hooks, and authentic-sounding customer reviews—ready for me to post straight from the dashboard. Scope of work 1. Configure and brand a new store, including payment, shipping, and basic SEO. 2. Integrate or custom-build the interactive 3-D/AR model that reflects the selections above. 3. Connect a text-to-speech/video tool so every product automatically gets its trio of social-ready clips. 4. Provide a simple admin panel or documented workflow so I can update products, swap colors, and upload new artwork without coding. Acceptance criteria – The configurator loads in 3 sec on mobile. – Voices are natural-sounding and match the selected nationality. – Videos export in square and vertical formats at 1080×1080 and 1080×1920. – Store is live with at least one Casual Tee variant fully functional from selection to checkout.
