Intercom Expert (Freelance) for Ongoing Improvements and Maintenance

We run our customer support on Intercom and are looking for a freelance Intercom specialist to take over ongoing improvements and maintenance. We currently work with an external provider and want someone sharper and more hands on to level up our setup and keep it running well. This is an ongoing freelance engagement, remote friendly. We're based in Berlin and would love someone local or in a close timezone for easy collaboration, but strong remote candidates are welcome. What you'll do Improve and maintain our existing Intercom workspace, including workflows and automation, the Fin AI agent and resolution bots, macros and saved replies, ticketing and inbox setup, help center and Messenger configuration, integrations with our other tools, and reporting. You'll both fix what's not working and proactively suggest what we could do better. What we're looking for Proven hands on Intercom experience, not general customer support tooling. You know the platform deeply, you've configured automation and AI agents in it, and you've maintained a live workspace that a real support team depends on. Good communication in English, reliable, and able to work independently without hand holding. Nice to have Based in or near Berlin. Experience migrating to or from Intercom. Experience with Intercom's API and custom integrations.
