Interim Operations Manager to Run a management contract

Hi, I own four businesses and I need someone who can serve as an interim Operations Manager to run a management contract on behalf of Dexco LLC as well as future management contracts. The goal of this role is to learn customer’s ecommerce business and run a management contract for Dexco LLC. As well as manage contracts for my 4 ecommerce companies. This role has the potential to extend long term, but the immediate need is to learn about business relations and manage and support the management structure. This hire will reduce the CEO's workload while maintaining (and improving) the operations of the business. Expected Time Commitment: 10-20 hrs per week for 3-6 months, with possible long-term consulting as needed. Job Description for Ops Manager: I'm looking for someone who has excellent operations skills including process developing, project management, and the ability to integrate a diverse group of people and skills to achieve large, ambiguous problems. This operations manager will support our efforts with additional business strategies, process development, and contractor management. To accomplish additional management contracts and future growth this position will allow principals to hand-off oversight of the operations of the company. A Qualified Candidate: 1. A reasonable rate 2. A person who can learn the ins-and-outs of the business's operations, processes, people, and other related operational functions of customer’s business. 3. Someone who can support in hiring, onboarding, and training a contractors and employees. 4. Ability to oversee managers, operations, and ultimately help integrate all the different functions of the business. 6. Ability to support team with operations and solve difficult, ambiguous problems requiring cross-functional teams. 7. Ability to audit all finances, forecasts with highest level of trustworthiness. 8. Ability to audit, design, and redesign processes to assure a high level of integrity and integration in processes and people. Expectations - 4 hr response to inquiries (Monday-Friday) - Deadlines will be set for work products and agreed upon deadlines will be kept. - Ability to project manage and to lead financial related activities. - Notification in advance of any times you will not be available to respond within 24 hours (holidays) or meet a deadline. Also, notification in advance if you are sick and will not be able to hit a deadline. When a deadline is missed we'll re-negotiate any deadlines and try to resolve difficulties that prevented hitting the deadline. - Weekly updates on any projects with drafts submitted to show progress. - Ability to maintain all operational activities of the business with little oversight.
