Interior Book layout specialist to leverage existing illustrations, text and prepare for print

Looking for a book designer who can leverage the existing illustrations and text for a Children's story I have written. The 'book' originally started as a video story and the illustrations were all made with this in mind. My aim is to turn it into an approx 40 page portrait 'illustrated storybook' for early readers. The story is 2000 words long and there are approx 30 illustrations - these should be leveraged, however do not need to be used in their totality. Existing illustrations are not fixed scenes. They should be treated as a library of visual assets. Designers are encouraged to crop, enlarge, isolate characters, combine elements and do whatever is needed to bring the story to life in book form. This project would suit a children's book designer who can create interior layouts, establish a visual identity, design typography and prepare the book for print. This first project will become the template for a planned series of books. Experience with illustrated storybooks (rather than picture books) is highly desirable. There are two parts to this project 1) requesting a quote to turn one chapter into a sample layout 2) requesting a quote to turn the whole story into a ready for print book.
